Week 8 Round Up

find additional teachings and bonus work that relate to this video below

In this Round Up I ask you to really consider your part in things.⠀If 85 – 95% of our thoughts and behaviour are unconscious, we are not aware of what we are putting out into the world.

Depending on how we are putting ourselves out into the world (low self-esteem, co-dependent, cynical etc) we are constantly attracting and evoking things from the people and situations around us. This is why we need to become more conscious, so we can understand the part we play in our life experience. This is us 'attracting where we’re at'.

As humans we are prone to blame and pointing the finger at other people. When we have healthy self-esteem we are able to have insight into our own behaviours and know we play a part in all our interactions and experiences. Being accountable empowers us to take responsibility for ourselves and keep growing.

As our awareness grows we can make more conscious choices about the life we are building and the person we are becoming.
