Your first session is an information-gathering session.
We begin by identifying the specific relational patterns you most want to change. We explore how it appears in your current or past relationships and examine the behaviours that may be maintaining it. Even within this first meeting, many individuals experience a level of clarity that has previously felt out of reach.
The Initial Assessment Session allows us to determine whether ongoing weekly therapy and coaching is appropriate. If we decide to proceed, we agree on a consistent structure and begin as soon as possible.
